The meeting agenda includes the swearing-in of all Members of Parliament, including Cabinet Ministers; the appointment of the Whole House Committee Chair; election of Standing Committee Chairs and the selection of Members of the Legislative Assembly’s Retirement Board.

Parliament will also deliberate on the formal written response to His Majesty’s Address from the Throne.
